In my younger more ignorant years I thought dreams were so romantic. Books and movies give you this impression that dreams are this wonderful experience of your most blissful and happy moments. I was always so bummed that I could never remember my own sweet peaceful, wonderful dreams. Now I am older and wiser and I know that is a load of boohockey. I have never once had a "nice" dream, only weird in the disturbing way, or nightmares. Now I long for a peaceful sleep with no dreaming. Instead I get snakes, work (the stressful version) etc. Does anyone out there have non-weird dreams?

I'm with ya. My dreams are never cool, just mean or scary or boring. Adam has the most exciting dreams ever though, so I always look forward to him telling me what adventure he was in the night previous.
My dreams seem to always involve people I know like friends or family. I remember a dream from when I was a teenager and Prince William and I were walking around Wright's Park!! I would say that I don't usually have scary dreams.I had a co-worker once who never dreamed at all. I do believe that whatever goes on during your day and if you eat something funny before bed affects your dreams.
I have normal dreams on occasion. Usually those ones don't involve chopsticks!
