Yay for home-grown green beans from Hans' mama!
So I don't have a pic of the nasty carpet on hand but here is the hideous linoleum that was underneath.
They lovely asbestos glue and paper from the linoleum.

After the sanding. It still needs finish but isn't it beautiful?! The whole floor has only 4 seams in it right by the door where it goes into the hall way, all the rest is long pieces of old-growth!

Everything looks great. Granted, I still haven't ever seen this place in person, but next time I visit (sept!) I am coming over!
You guys are so lucky the dips who laid the gross floor, left the beautiful wood floor alone. That's great, it looks more and more like home everytime I see pics and that we come over!! :)
I love all that you're doing! It looks wonderful, I'm very proud of you both. Love your yard bouquet! Most our stuff is dead. :(
